BACKGROUND
Over the last ten years, GreatCall has made a name for itself as the leader in connected health for active aging adults. To further this vision, they partnered with Lyft to allow the GreatCall customer base of over 1 million to have direct access to rides directly from their GreatCall Jitterbug cellphones, simply by dialing "zero."
GreatCall needed an integrated campaign that connected with active seniors in a way that motivated them to try the new service. After many late nights in front of the dry erase board we landed on simple yet beautiful illustrative approach that focused on highlighting the core needs of GreatCall's customer base and delivering fun, lighthearted executions that addressed these needs in a practical way. The campaign elements we delivered included online video content, social, interactive, print, and direct mail. Below are the elements in which produced at Davis Elen.
As the lead producer, I oversaw campaign strategy, video/animation production, voice over sessions, landing page UX, timelines, and budgeting.

We needed to deliver a simple and engaging video that encapsulated the spirit of GreatCall and provided viewers a clear understanding of the core offering of the new service and how it would benefit them. This video would live on the website and in social media channels.
