As Senior Producer, I oversaw the complete redesign and development of the Warner Records official website. The goal was to elevate the label’s digital presence with a modern, interactive experience that reflected the diversity of the artist roster and the strength of the Warner brand. I managed the full production lifecycle—early UX planning, visual design reviews, content architecture, development coordination, QA, and final deployment. I collaborated closely with Green Chameleon, ensuring that interactions, motion, and video behaviors matched the creative direction and that the site performed smoothly across devices and browsers. I handled all vendor bidding, negotiation, and correspondence, serving as the connective tissue between designers, developers, and Warner’s internal stakeholders. This included SOWs, budgeting, asset workflows, compliance checks, and approvals across marketing, creative, and executive teams. Day to day, I was responsible for keeping multiple workstreams aligned: content ingestion, layout refinements, video treatments, responsive behavior, performance tuning, and internal reviews. The site needed to serve both fans and industry partners, showcasing new releases, artist signings, videos, tour updates, and long-term campaigns through a clean, flexible interface. The final result was a cohesive, high-performance website that strengthened the label’s digital identity and gave Warner a scalable platform for future campaigns. It delivered a polished user experience that could adapt quickly to new artists, new releases, and creative needs without heavy structural changes.
